Shipment Services

TNM Courier provides delivery of packages, documents, and goods through various shipping options, including Express, Land, Air, Sea, International, and Warehousing services.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate sender and receiver information, including addresses and contact details.
• Ensure packages comply with weight, size, and prohibited items restrictions.
• Pack shipments securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Pay all applicable shipping fees before shipment pickup.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, including weather, traffic, or customs delays.
• TNM Courier is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Tracking information will be provided for all shipments where applicable.

Liability & Insurance

• TNM Courier exercises reasonable care but is not liable for loss, damage, or delay beyond standard terms.
• Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value or fragile shipments.
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery notification.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in shipments:

• Illegal or hazardous materials
• Explosives, flammable items, or corrosive substances
• Items restricted by local, national, or international law

Cancellation & Refunds

• Shipments may be canceled before pickup. Fees may apply for already scheduled pickups.
• Refunds will be processed according to payment method within 7–14 business days.

Privacy & Data

All customer information collected by TNM Courier is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required for shipment processing and legal obligations.

Amendments

TNM Courier may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of TNM Courier services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent United States courts.
